The house of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) boasts of many big names, at the top which ranks the dynamic Mukesh Ambani himself. Being India’s largest private sector enterprise did not come easy, but it did come as an offshoot of a few good men whose efforts are beyond more. Two such contributors are Hital Meswani and Nikhil Meswani. They are the dynamic duo that represents the futuristic picture of Reliance, a picture that is modern yet value oriented.
Nikhil Meswani and his brother Hital Meswani are considered one of the most important pair of siblings in RIL. They are an integral part of the core team of RIL and contribute towards the strength of the organization in depth. Coming from such eminent lineage, the Meswani brothers have together contributed and spear headed some of the most prominent undertakings at Reliance, without which, the epitome that Reliance enjoys today would be rather farfetched.
Hital Meswani is the leader that guides the petrochemical quarter of Reliance and continues to shoulder several important onus of the petroleum business and all manufacturing and project-based activities within the corporate house. In addition, he serves as the Chairman of both, the Audit Committee of Reliance Industrial Investments and Holdings Ltd as well as the Health, Safety and Environment Committee. He is also a committee member responsible for finance and addressing of shareholders’ and investors’ grievances. He is one of those evolved minds at Reliance whose insight is forever sought while venturing new turfs. He is probably one of the most prominent elements that contributed to Reliance’s successful foray into international markets.
Nikhil R Meswani is the other side of coin that is valued more than gold. He has been primarily responsible for Petrochemicals Division of Reliance and it was through his dedicated input and insight that largely directed Reliance in becoming a global leader in Petrochemicals. This 38 year old has been the President of Association of Synthetic Fiber Industry and is a member of several government committees related to textiles, petrochemicals, petroleum and natural gas. Being the new face of Reliance, today, Nikhil Meswani represents the future that awaits this monolith. Just recently he was conferred with the title of Chairman of India Fashion Forum; a rather different venture for this dynamic one. But through the immense expertise he has earned in his servitude with the reputed house, it was only a matter of choosing the very best.
The Meswani brothers have found their definite footing in Reliance due to their unperturbed and forever determinant value oriented principals that make them the one the most important pillars at RIL.
